We understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to request a return or refund. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for such situations.

1.1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You have purchased a BIM model from our website https://datsma.com.
  • The request for a return or refund is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The BIM model you purchased is unused and in its original condition.
  • The BIM model you purchased is not a customized or personalized product.

1.2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant details.
  3. Our Customer Support team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

1.3. Processing Returns and Refunds

If your request for a return or refund is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order for a BIM model, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to process your cancellation request promptly.

2.2. Cancellation Fees

We do not charge cancellation fees for orders canceled within the specified time frame (within 24 hours of order placement).

2.3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If you cancel an order within the specified time frame (within 24 hours of order placement), we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 3 working days.
